We give you a firm price before any work begins; final pricing may change only if the actual conditions differ from what was described. Requesting a quote does not create an obligation to buy.

Scheduling & access

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled date. Weather, storm conditions, and material availability can affect timing; we’ll keep you informed if a job needs to be rescheduled.

Workmanship warranty
