Pricing

Do you charge for estimates?

No — every estimate is free, written, and firm. The number you approve is the number you pay, and our best price guarantee means a lower written quote from a licensed competitor gets beaten.

Do you offer discounts for multiple repairs at once?

Yes. Mobilization is a real cost, so bundling panels, doors, and window screens into one visit always prices better than separate calls — as does booking with neighbors.

Can a storm-damaged pool cage be repaired, or does it need replacing?

Most wind damage — a racked frame, a few bent members, blown panels — is very repairable. Replacement only makes sense when the primary structural members have failed across the whole cage. Either way, you get a straight assessment, not a scare quote.

Can I spread the restoration over phases?

Yes — the line-item quote makes it easy. The usual order is structure and fasteners first, since those are the safety items, then the refinish and rescreen. We sequence it so no phase ever undoes an earlier one.

How much does pool screen repair cost in Jupiter, FL?

It comes down to panel count, cage size, and mesh, so we look first and hand you a firm, written quote before any work begins — never a number that creeps up later. Most Jupiter homeowners are surprised how affordable a tight rescreen actually is.

Is my older Tequesta pool cage worth restoring?

Usually, yes. Older Tequesta enclosures were built with heavier aluminum than today’s budget cages, so if the structure is sound, a restoration — new fasteners, repairs, refinish, and a fresh rescreen — gives you a near-new cage for a fraction of replacement. We tell you honestly when that beats a full teardown.

How much does it cost to rescreen a pool cage in Palm Beach Gardens?

It comes down to cage size and mesh, so we look first and put a firm number in writing before any work — no per-panel surprises after. A golf-ball panel is a small, low-cost fix, and worth handling before weather widens the hole into a full rescreen.

How much does patio screen repair cost in West Palm Beach?

Every repair is priced after a free look — single panels, whole-lanai rescreens, and pool cages all quoted flat and in writing before work starts. Book several panels into one visit and the per-panel price drops.

Do you repair the original window screens on older West Palm homes?

Yes — re-meshing and frame rebuilds on the mid-century windows of Flamingo Park, Northwood, and El Cid are regular work for us, done right at your home. A whole-house package prices far better than screen-by-screen, and fresh, tight mesh keeps the bugs out and the airflow in.

My community’s cages are all aging at once — do you do neighborhood pricing?

When several neighbors book together in communities like Andros Isle or RiverWalk, shared mobilization genuinely lowers everyone’s cost — ask about grouped scheduling when you call 561-229-0080.

Can you match the bronze frame on our loggia screens?

Yes — bronze frame stock, matching spline, and mesh chosen to suit the original work. A repair on a custom enclosure should be invisible when we leave, and that is the standard we quote to.

How much does screen repair cost in Lake Worth Beach?

Patio panels and on-site window re-meshing are priced after a free look and quoted in writing first — no surprises. Group a few repairs into one visit and it prices better than one-at-a-time.

How much does it cost to rescreen a pool enclosure in Boynton Beach?

It depends on cage size, height, and mesh, so we look first and give you a firm written number — never a guess over the phone. If only a few panels are gone, we will quote the partial honestly; a full rescreen is only recommended when the mesh age truly justifies it.

Several homes on our street need screen work — can we book together?

Please do. Shared mobilization in communities like Aberdeen or Canyon Lakes genuinely reduces each home’s cost, and one scheduled week takes care of the whole street.

How much is pool screen repair in Delray Beach?

We look first, then price each Delray job firm and in writing before work starts — panels and complete cage rescreens alike. East-of-Intracoastal homes should plan on stainless fastener replacement too; it is the piece that makes the whole rescreen last.

How much does it cost to rescreen a large two-story cage in Boca Raton?

Footprint and roof design drive the price on a two-story enclosure, so we walk the cage with you and then hand you a firm written number — never a per-panel surprise after the work is done.

How much does pool cage rescreening cost in Stuart?

It comes down to cage size and mesh, so we look first and hand you a firm written number — no phone guesses. Riverfront homes should pair the rescreen with stainless fastener replacement, quoted flat after a quick screw-count so the price is set before we start.

Is Martin County pricing different from your Palm Beach pricing?

Same price book, same materials, same 5-year warranty. Call 561-229-0080 and you reach the crews who work Stuart and Hobe Sound every day.

How much does screen repair cost in Hobe Sound?

Single panels and full rescreens are priced after a free look and quoted in writing by cage size. Jupiter Island and waterfront jobs are quoted after a walk-through, with marine-grade hardware specified as standard so the repair holds up to the salt.

Process

How do I get started?

Call 561-229-0080 or send the quick estimate form. We look at the job (photos often suffice for small repairs), deliver a written quote — usually within 24 hours — and schedule once you approve it.

Do I need to be home during the work?

For exterior enclosure work, usually not — we just need access to the cage or patio. We confirm arrangements when scheduling, and you always get a final walk-through.

How long does a full pool enclosure rescreen take?

Most single-story cages are finished in one day. Large or two-story enclosures usually take two. We confirm the schedule in your written estimate so there are no surprises.

How fast can you get to a patio screen repair?

Most estimates happen within 24 hours and most repairs within a few days. Storm-season demand can stretch that, which is why calling at the first tear beats calling after the tenth.

Do you fix sliding patio screen doors too?

Yes. Worn rollers and bent tracks cause most slider trouble, and both are repairable. If the slider frame is beyond saving, we install new sliding patio screen doors sized to your track.

Can you make my screen door close more softly?

That comes down to a closer adjustment or a new closer — a quick fix we can usually handle the same visit, along with a latch alignment so the door catches every time instead of drifting open.

Do you repair window screens at my house or take them away?

At your house — the truck is the workshop, so most repairs never leave your driveway. Only brand-new fabricated frames are built off site, and those are usually delivered within a few days.

Can you match my existing screen frames?

Almost always. White and bronze frame stock in the standard profiles covers the vast majority of Florida windows, and we match the corner hardware to your originals so the rebuilt screens look like the rest.

Restoration vs. replacement — how do I know which my cage needs?

The skeleton decides. If the primary structure is sound — and most are, even the ugly ones — restoration hands you a near-new cage for a fraction of replacement. If the primary members have failed throughout, we will tell you replacement is the honest call. Restoring a doomed frame helps nobody.

How long does a full enclosure restoration take?

Most run two to four working days, depending on cage size and how much structural repair is in the scope. You will have the schedule in writing before we start.

How quickly can you get to a Tequesta repair?

Our crews are in Jupiter and Tequesta weekly. Most estimates happen within 24 hours and most repairs within days, outside of the post-storm rush — and a real person answers when you call 561-229-0080.

Can you make screens for the odd-sized windows on my older Lake Worth home?

Yes — custom fabrication is everyday work for us. We measure each opening and build the frame to fit, matched to your existing color and hardware. Historic cottages are exactly why we carry frame stock on the truck.

A branch tore my cage roof panel — how fast can it be fixed?

Call 561-229-0080 — we prioritize open-roof damage, because one torn roof panel becomes several in the next storm. Most such repairs in Hobe Sound happen within days.

Warranty

What exactly does the 5-year craftsman warranty cover?

Workmanship on everything we install: panels that loosen, spline that lets go, hardware we mounted that fails.

Is the warranty transferable if I sell my home?

Yes — the warranty follows the enclosure, not the owner, which makes recent Coastal work a nice line item in a home sale.

Is the rescreen really covered for 5 years?

Yes. Our 5-year workmanship warranty covers every panel we screen. If our spline lets go or a panel we installed loosens, we come back and make it right at no charge.

Does the 5-year warranty cover the whole restoration?

Our 5-year warranty covers the screen work and our workmanship — we keep it deliberately simple. We will point out exactly what it covers, and what it does not, before we begin.

Materials

What makes your materials "premium"?

Phifer screen mesh (the real thing, not lookalike imports), marine-grade stainless steel fasteners, and UV-stable spline. Cheaper materials are the main reason screen repairs fail early — we simply do not install them.

Should I rescreen the whole cage or just the bad panels?

If the mesh is under about seven years old and only a panel or two let go, a partial rescreen is the honest, cheaper fix. But when panels are failing across the cage, the rest is the same age and about to follow — one full rescreen beats paying a trip charge panel by panel all year. We will walk your cage and tell you straight which situation you are in.

What screen mesh do you use on pool enclosures?

Phifer 18/14 no-see-um mesh is our standard, with 20/20 super screen, pet-resistant, and solar-shade mesh available on request. What we will never roll in is bargain-bin mesh hiding under a name-brand label — the stuff that fails in eight coastal summers instead of fifteen.

Can you repair just one torn patio screen panel?

Absolutely — a single torn panel is one of our most common calls, and no job is too small. We will match the new mesh to your existing panels so the repair disappears into the rest of the lanai.

What screen is best if my dog keeps tearing the lanai?

Pet-resistant mesh — a heavier vinyl-coated polyester — on the lower panels solves it for most homes. It runs a little more per panel, but it stands up to claws that shred standard fiberglass on the first try, so you are not calling anyone back every few months.

Should I repair my screen door or replace it?

If the aluminum frame is straight and free of real corrosion, a rebuild — hinges, closer, sweep, and fresh mesh — brings it back for a fraction of replacement. If the frame is bent or rotted at the corners, replacement is the honest answer, and we will tell you so rather than sell you a repair that will not hold.

My pool cage screws are rusting — is that structural?

It is the start of it. Rusted fasteners fail long before the aluminum around them does, and they are the cheapest structural fix there is — see our rusted screw replacement service. Catching it there is the single best-value move a cage owner can make.

Why is the aluminum corroding at the bottom of my cage?

Pool chemicals, sprinkler spray, and salt air all pool at the deck line, and that is exactly where the aluminum meets dissimilar metal at the anchors. It is the first place every South Florida cage starts to go — and the most important spot to catch early.

Why did the screws rust when the aluminum cage did not?

Most builders used carbon-steel screws with a thin coating. Salt air eats the coating, then the steel — while the aluminum around it survives just fine. Swapping them for marine-grade stainless removes the weak link for good.

How many screws does a typical pool cage have?

More than most owners ever guess — a mid-size cage commonly carries 1,500 to 3,000 fasteners. That is exactly why this is a specialized service call and not a Saturday DIY project.

Do rusted screws really matter if the cage looks fine?

Yes. Cages fail at the connections in high wind, not in the middle of a beam, and a rusted screw holds a fraction of its rated strength. Insurance adjusters check fastener condition after storm claims for that very reason — sound fasteners protect both your cage and your claim.

Will kick plates block the breeze on my patio?

Barely. Plates cover only the bottom 12–24 inches of the panels you choose, well below where you sit — so the breeze through the rest of the enclosure carries on exactly as before.

Can kick plates be added to an older enclosure?

Yes — they retrofit onto virtually any aluminum cage, whatever its age. If the lower frame has corrosion, we will flag it for you first, since the plates need to anchor into sound metal.

Do kick plates come in colors other than white?

Bronze and white cover nearly every South Florida enclosure, and we match yours. Other finishes can be ordered when a job calls for it.

What is Florida Glass, exactly?

It is standard screen mesh laminated with a translucent vinyl layer. It passes daylight like frosted glass but blocks the view entirely, along with wind-blown debris and most splash — which is why it is just as popular on lower panels near lawns as on privacy walls.

Does privacy screen make the patio hotter?

No — if anything, cooler. Dense mesh blocks solar gain, and Florida Glass usually goes on sightline walls rather than overhead, so airflow through the cage stays intact.

Can I mix privacy screen with my existing panels?

Yes, and nearly everyone does. The privacy material goes only where sightlines demand it; the rest of the cage keeps its standard mesh, and the matching frame color ties the whole thing together.

Fiberglass or aluminum mesh for window screens?

Fiberglass is the standard: it will not dent or crease, and it holds up better in coastal air. Aluminum mesh is there when you need extra rigidity. Near the water we usually steer you to fiberglass, and we will advise window by window.

Why do screens near the Jupiter Inlet wear out faster?

Salt-laden air off the Inlet eats coated-steel fasteners and mesh long before their inland lifespan. If your home sits east of US-1, have the fasteners checked around year five — marine-grade stainless is a small fix next to the structural repair a rusted-out cage turns into.

Do you repair window screens in Tequesta too?

Yes — window screens are re-meshed and rebuilt right at your home, and whole-house packages are popular around the Country Club, where the original screens all reach end of life at once. Fresh, tight mesh keeps the bugs out and the view clear.

Can you add privacy screening on panels facing the golf course?

Yes — dense privacy mesh or Florida Glass on the fairway-facing wall is one of our most-requested Gardens jobs. It blocks the view from the cart path without touching the cage structure, so your HOA stays happy and your backyard finally feels private.

Why do screen fasteners fail so quickly on Palm Beach island?

Double-sided salt exposure. Airborne chloride off both the ocean and the Intracoastal attacks coated-steel screws from every direction, so factory fasteners corrode in a fraction of their inland life. We replace them with marine-grade stainless as standard here — it is the difference between a repair that lasts and a callback.

Do you rescreen old Florida rooms and porch enclosures?

All the time. Older porch conversions often mix framing systems, so we bring the range of spline sizes and mesh options to rescreen them properly instead of forcing a modern one-size fix — and it comes back tight, clean, and bug-proof.

Can you add privacy screens on a small Delray lot?

Yes — Florida Glass or dense privacy mesh on the property-line panels is the standard fix for close neighbors in Tropic Isle and Seagate, with no structural changes to your cage. Your backyard feels private again, and the HOA has nothing to flag.

A golf ball went through my screen — do I need a whole new panel?

Usually just the one panel, and if the mesh is still young we can often keep it to that. We match the mesh and tension so the repaired panel is indistinguishable from the ones beside it.

Do you cover Sewall’s Point and Sailfish Point?

Yes — both are regular stops. Waterfront work there gets marine-grade stainless hardware as standard, because on the point anything less is simply a callback waiting to happen.

Service Area

Which areas do you cover?

Eleven cities across Palm Beach and Martin County — Jupiter, Tequesta, Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Lake Worth Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Stuart, and Hobe Sound — plus surrounding neighborhoods. See the service areas page for local details.

Do you serve gated communities like Admirals Cove and Jonathan’s Landing?

Yes — we work Jupiter’s gated and golf communities constantly, carry the insurance paperwork your HOA asks for, and leave every job site spotless because we would like to be waved back through the gate next time.

Do you work in PGA National and BallenIsles?

Regularly. We carry the certificates of insurance gated communities require and schedule around club and community access rules, so the gate is never what holds your repair up.

Do you coordinate with property managers and estate staff?

Routinely. We schedule through your property manager, provide insurance documentation in advance, and work quietly around the household — most island clients never rearrange their day for us.

Do you handle HOA approval paperwork in west Boynton communities?

Yes — certificates of insurance, license info, and the product specs your HOA or management company needs, usually the same day you request them. Your rescreen should not stall over a form.

Do you serve the west Delray country club communities?

Weekly — including 55+ communities like Kings Point and Rainberry Bay. Crews arrive scheduled, badged as required, and clean up completely, so you would never know we were there except for the tight new screen.

Do you work in Boca’s gated country club communities?

Yes — Boca West, Broken Sound, Woodfield, St Andrews and more. Certificates of insurance and vendor registration are handled in advance, so the gate is never what delays your repair.

Do you work on Jupiter Island?

Yes — with the discretion, scheduling flexibility, and insurance documentation island properties and their managers expect. We can coordinate entirely through your property manager if that is easier for you.
